TABLETOPICS SHIPPING INFORMATION

IMPORTANT UPDATE: We are continuing to ship our products. However, because of the very fluid situation caused by COVID-19, please be aware that there may be delays beyond our control due to delivery limitations and restrictions that may be in place by UPS, USPS, or state and local authorities.

Shipping Rates

We use UPS as our primary carrier. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.  Shipping charges are approximately 8.5% of the total order. If you have your own UPS account and prefer to use that, please contact us directly to work out that option 888-690-6001 x1. We do not offer expedited shipping options. We do not offer Saturday delivery options. 

We only ship to locations within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii or internationally. 

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. Most orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. Our order cut off time is 12 a.m. Eastern Time. Orders placed after 12 a.m. Eastern Time will be processed within the following two business days. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and national holidays. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at service@tabletopics.com

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders will ship within 2 full business days of being placed. After an order has shipped, it may take from 3-8 business days to deliver depending on your geographic location. For more specific questions regarding time-sensitive orders, contact customer service at service@tabletopics.com

The map below is the official UPS transit days map based on UPS Ground delivery. You can use this map to help you figure out when your order will arrive if you ship it via UPS Ground delivery. 

The first UPS transit day is usually the 3rd business day after you place your order.

Example #1: You order on Monday by 12 noon, Eastern Time, your order will ship by Wednesday and your first UPS transit day is Thursday.
Example #2: You order on Friday, your order will ship by Tuesday; your first UPS transit day is Wednesday.
Example #3: You order on Saturday, your order will ship by Wednesday; your first UPS transit day is Thursday.

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain a tracking number from the carrier that we have utilized to ship your package. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received any shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at service@tabletopics.com

My order never arrived, what should I do?
