TABLETOPICS SHIPPING INFORMATION
IMPORTANT UPDATE: We are continuing to ship our products. Please note that because of the very fluid situation caused by COVID-19, please be aware that we cannot guarantee any expedited shipping choices due to delivery limitations and restrictions that may be in place by UPS, USPS, or state and local authorities.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to locations within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii or internationally.
Has my order shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. Most orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. Our order cut off time is 12 noon, Eastern Time. Orders placed after 12 noon, Eastern Time will be processed within the following two business days. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and national holidays so you can expect a delay in shipment if your order is placed at the end of the week or over the weekend. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at email@example.com
How long will it take my order to arrive?

We do not offer same-day shipping. Most orders will ship within 2 full business days of being placed. After an order has shipped, it may take from 2-7 business days to deliver depending on your geographic location. For more specific questions regarding time-sensitive orders, you can either contact UPS (1-800-PICK- UPS) with your tracking number or you can contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
The map below is the official UPS transit days map based on UPS Ground delivery. You can use this map to help you figure out when your order will arrive if you ship it via UPS Ground delivery.
The first UPS transit day is the 3rd business day.
Example #1: You order on Monday by 12 noon, Eastern Time, your order will ship by Wednesday and your first UPS transit day is Thursday.
Example #2: You order on Friday, your order will ship by Tuesday; your first UPS transit day is Wednesday.
Example #3: You order on Saturday, your order will ship by Wednesday; your first UPS transit day is Thursday.
Example #4: You order on Wednesday by 12 noon, Eastern Time and choose 2-Day Expedited shipping. Your order will ship by Thursday, your first UPS transit day is Friday and your order will be scheduled to arrive on Monday.
Please note: There are no Saturday deliveries.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain a tracking number from the carrier that we have utilized to ship your package. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received any shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at email@example.com
There is a problem with my shipment. My order never arrived, what should I do?
